Yes. We only approve trusted sellers to our site and every purchase is held in escrow. Seller do not receive the money until you confirm the items have arrived. If something goes wrong you can open a dispute, and support decides the outcome rather than the seller. If an order is never delivered at all, you can cancel it yourself and be refunded in full.

Bhopp is a marketplace rather than a shop. Sellers set their own prices and compete with each other for the same buyers, so the cheapest live offer is what you see first. We also keep the seller's fee low - lower fee means the sellers don't have to raise prices to cover high fees, and that difference ends up in the listing price.

Create an account, then add funds by clicking your balance in the top bar. Browse the marketplace, add what you want to your cart and check out. Your order then goes to the seller, who trades the items to you in game. Once you have them, confirm the order and the money is released to the seller. You can message the sellers directly at any point and get additional instructions if you get stuck.

Message the seller first - most delays are a seller who is asleep or between trades, and the order has its own chat for exactly this. If the seller has not delivered twelve hours after you ordered, you can cancel the order yourself and get your money back in full. If they marked it delivered but you did not receive the items, open a dispute instead: the money stays held while support looks at it.

Sellers are approved rather than open to everyone, which is part of what keeps the marketplace worth buying from. Apply from the seller page with a way to contact you and a short description of what you plan to sell. Once you are approved you can list offers, set your own prices and manage your stock from the seller dashboard.
