It is the chroma counterpart of the godly knife under the name Gingerblade, which was found in the same box.

Chroma Gingerblade was the first Christmas chroma and the second ever holiday chroma to be released inside the game, the first being Chroma Boneblade.

This and all the other holiday chromas are the only Chroma Weapons that are no longer unboxable.

Chroma Gingerblade was in the first Christmas box to feature both knives and guns in the box.

It lost a lot of value after The Duping Glitch (2019).

Like all the other Chroma Weapons, it is not salvageable in the crafting station.

There currently is a glitch where, if a player throws this knife, the Chroma part of the weapon will not be thrown and will stay on the player's hand, while the Non-Chroma part of the weapon will be thrown. This glitch currently remains unfixed.

A glitch occurs when the Ghostify effect is used on this knife, causing the knife to be surrounded by a white translucent rectangle. The rectangle represents the size of the knife’s hitbox. This glitch also affects the non-chroma Gingerblade.

Using the "/chromatoggle" command on Chroma Gingerblade will cause the entire knife to turn rainbow instead of the selected candy parts.
